Ron Bonifacio is an esteemed figure in the hospitality industry who brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Operating Partner at Eos & Nyx. Born and raised in the lively city of San Jose, California, Ron's bustling upbringing in a household of five siblings certainly prepared him for his future career in the fast-paced food and beverage business.

With a natural love and appreciation for the restaurant industry, Ron pursued his degree in Hospitality Management, graduating from the California Culinary Academy (CCA). He then went on to build an impressive resume working with the esteemed Mina Group for 13+ years, spending time in Santa Cruz, Oahu, and San Francisco. During his tenure, Ron collaborated with culinary luminaries such as Patric Yumal, Chef Michael Mina, and Raj Parr, imprinting his unique blend of creativity and genuine hospitality on renowned establishments like RN74, Pabu, and Bourbon Steak.

At Eos & Nyx, Ron is instrumental in shaping the restaurant's identity as a flagship establishment in downtown San Jose where he is committed to nurturing the next generation of hospitality professionals. Setting an example outside the restaurant, Ron actively engages with the San Jose community and prioritizes fostering close relationships with local businesses and vendors. 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Ron finds joy in family as a father to two daughters, and is a die-hard Bay Area Sports fanatic, rooting for the 49ers, Giants, Warriors, and Sharks. Ron's passion for Japanese culture is evident in his annual travels to Japan, where he immerses himself in its cuisine, beverage traditions, and impeccable spirit of hospitality.
